This refund policy applies to retail sales made via mytradenote.com. This is the default refund policy. If a separate written agreement exists with a client, that agreement supersedes this policy if and only if different refund terms are specified in the agreement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. Please submit any refund requests by opening a support ticket. Refund requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Once a refund is processed, the license(s) you are “returning” will be disabled.
